      Pros

      the pros are good pay,benefits,401k,culture and pricing .

      Cons

      lack of sympathy for personal problems. predominantly white and poor diversity on the top level. will target you if they don't like you. The manager that i had the experience of working with was rude, lack empathy and intellectually dishonest. If you get on their bad side they will create a bully atmosphere to push you out once they deem you to be a target. Also fraternization in the work place seems to be excepted since the store manager and lower level manager are in a relationship working in the same store/location.

      Pros

      Only good thing about working in Primark is the overtime. You can pick what hours you want to work, and you can easily book off holidays. You gain a lot of experience and it's VERY easy to make friends.

      Cons

      The managers treat you like rubbish and they are very BIAST. A lot of the managers are favouritism especially in the MARBLE ARCH branch.I Breaks arent long enough and you dont get paid for your breaks. Working at primark for a long period of time can make you depressed Your on your feet 24/7 especially if your on tills, they dont allow you to sit down.
