Pros

The people that you work with and friends that you make If managers aren't around it can be quite an easy job as you can talk to your colleagues

Cons

Absolutely no benefits for staff other than a 10% discount at Christmas for 3 weeks Management are terrible and treat staff horribly Was hired as a part-time employee however was guilt tripped into over time every week meaning I was working 40 hours a week however was only given holidays for my contracted 20 hours a week Paid minimum wage so worked stupid hours and came out with a very poor wage

Pros

Good team at times. Salary wasn’t necessarily bad. Workers had some control over what the sales floor looked like. Projects shared between employees helped build team

Cons

Hiring didn’t always meet needs. Certain departments were prioritized. Workers over worked. Management weren’t always approachable. Division of power was always emphasized. Promotion wasn’t always obtainable for those who deserved it
