Pros

Plenty of extra shifts if you wanted/needed them. Easy interview process as Primark will hire just about anyone. High turnover so potentially easy to progress within the store.

Cons

Minimum wage. Poor training (or lack thereof). Expect you to work holidays, I.e. Christmas eve, boxing day, new years eve: not very flexible on this despite the fact I was a student away from home. You have to deal with alot of work, constantly despite the poor pay, but really what more can you expect from working there. No store discounts or other benefits apart from a 10% discount for a week either side of xmas: that's it.
