Pros

Overtime is sometimes there when you need it. Possible promotion for hard workers , typical basic pay but promotion offers pay rise, however.....

Cons

Bureaucratic nightmare, no matter how hard you work you will still be treated like a schoolchild if you make a mistake. Training appears to be offered after mistakes are made, and the till systems are ancient.
