dynamic place to work, fun, interacting with people

frantic management, most of the management does not know how to manage more than 1 person, most of the management has strong favoritism in place, SM is detached from the employees and really unprofessional when does interact with employees, the intent of those interactions is not to help or improve but comes off as a way for the SM to let off some steam, pay is in line with industry standards in Italy, lots of overtime available but if you cannot for some reason do overtime seems to offend some of the weirder management staff
