Pros

Flexible hours Generally good company international team

Cons

Unfriendly staff, except some supervisors Luck of clarity in the contract regulations. Staff take advantage of the international people that may not understand everything perfectly, many under 18 are employed.

Pros

-Meet loads of new and really nice people -Good way to build up confidence and Managers etc understand things like social anxieties which they help you overcome -Managers/Supervisors are really nice too, 'firm but fair' -Lots of staff events etc you can get involved in -canteen is always open for any staff with kitchen etc -Fairly good pay however would expect more with amount of workload you get at times -If you fill out availability sheet correctly you get a good work/life balance and can always sign up for overtime if there is any; tends to be loads at christmas etc

Cons

-Some Supervisors can become persistent and rude, especially when the store is busy -Rude customers at times; no understanding of new staff who aren't confident with the store/procedures -Lots of moving around departments for staff which can be good to get all the experience however tends to be inconvenient ie. when you just get the hang of working in one department (tills for example) you get moved onto a new one (fitting rooms, shop floor, stock room etc) -Management do nothing about staff arguments/if you feel uncomfortable around some staff -no staff discount until christmas and even then its only 10%, however most products aren't expensive there anyway -Always on your feet, especially when its busy you need a lot of patience -however, some days all you'll be doing is folding jeans/t-shirts; can be very dull
