      Few - diverse employees - others: i guess the ability to have a chat with fellow employees when the store wasnt as busy was good. other than that. when the store was busy - chatter was non-existent and management made sure of it. ver hierarchical structure within the firm.

      Cons

      Would be times everytime u go toilet, would also be consistently treated badly. Would constatnly be nagged and told what to do by supervisors - they would feel more like dictators.

      Pros

      You are put into a specific department meaning you get to know your employees quite well as a group. Most people are friendly. The pay is decent. Usual shift you will be given is 4-5 hours so you rarely do too long.

      Cons

      Managers always asking you to help with overtime which is good if you want it but if you don't they can pressure you into taking it.
