Pros
They pay minimum wages. You get 10% discount only on Christmas time. 27 days os holidays per year (if you work at least 5 days a week) They make sure you get enough breaks during the day. Flexible hours. They provide uniform.
Cons
They mostly hire teenagers because they are cheap for the company. If you are an adult looking for a serious job this is not your place. The management could be better, they don't get involved in training the new staff or even checking if they do their job. No one takes seriously their job so if you are a hardworking person as me, you would find yourself doing a two people job because everybody else is too busy chatting or playing on their phones. In my branch they only hire you part time so if you need to work to pay the rent and your expenses, you'll find yourself working some days 10 or 12 hours and others only 4 hours because of their "overtime hours system", anyway they would never let you work more than 37 hours per week.
