Pros

Communication between the staff, the staff are nice.

Cons

Managers are disrespectful They don't pay you the full amount of hours you actually work, they cut it down, thinking you won't realise, sorry hunny but we aren't stupid... Long hours, lots of overtime & generally do more hours than your contracted specially under 18's Communication between staff management is terrible. The manager doesn't do anything other than sit on his Bum all day in the office.

Pros

Primark is a great company to work for as they offer plenty of jobs to all ages, including students . Provides benefits to employees.

Cons

My responisibilities included working at the till, dealing with the customers. I was able to shadow another employee on pricing products and analysing invoices. I was also given the opportunity to work in the marketing department and give out some ideas of my own.
