Pros

Holiday 28 days per annum, you get a break of 15 min if you work 5 hours. Managers are not that strict, pleasant place to work

Cons

Stressing sometimes, rude customers, rude managers, lots of lazy staff

Pros

Aspects such as organising overtime, holidays, and break allocation are all really simple and fair. Never a dull moment and always something to do. I don't know what other stores are like but the staff and management at mine make what is quite a stressful job 100 times more enjoyable.

Cons

although the pay is much more than minimum wage, it sometimes doesn't seem enough for the workload. Also, there is no benefits scheme for employees; only local ones organised between individual stores.
