Pros

Pay very good - 6.82 an hour for temps with time and a quarter on Sunday Everyone is really friendly and helpful Supervisors really laid back and nice Work itself isn't too bad - registers easy to use and found working at tills enjoyable, folding and hanging could be boring but always someone to talk to.

Cons

Not much overtime - maybe because I wasn't permanent Can get very busy and messy especially as it was at Christmas, customers tend to have little respect and undo tidying you've just done. My manager loved barking orders and putting you under almost unnecessary pressure - quite patronising, definitely thought she was above us Fitting rooms maybe the worst section as they got untidy fast and lots sent down from service desk - depending on who you were on with it could get hard to manage

Pros

Enjoyed my early days, plenty of opportunities, everyone got along and there was a sense of achievement to actually getting S**t done. Flexible working and relatively good pay. Really nice modern offices in Dublin HQ. People around the business seem relativity nice and friendly.

Cons

Outsourced a lot of their long term knowledgeable staff Lost valuable members of the department Too much time wasted talking about things, lack of decision making Management top heavy Friends recruiting friends and forming their own friendship groups (old vs new) New people coming in changing things that actually work department split across counties not working together conflict workloads Too many processes and policies
