Pros

The other people working there are what make it a worthwhile place to work. Pay is decent, lot's of customer interaction.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for progression or to learn new skills within the company. Not very accommodating if days off or shift swaps are required, though that may be specific HR managers as opposed to a company-wide attitude.

Pros

Can usually get overtime, and some nice people work there. I was lucky to work in a nice new store.

Cons

No discount apart from a few weeks at christmas, no real opportunity for progression
