Cons

Long hours sometimes. Very large management team, sometimes a bit unnecessary.

Pros

the managers on my floor are fair and understanding when I have a problem. They generally have a lot of trust in their staff and do not need to constantly supervise. There is a good holiday scheme in place with good pay. Overtime is available regularly.

Cons

It can get busy and so can get stressful, this stress reflecting mostly in the managerial members of staff. The work can get tedious at times.

Pros

Good wage rate for 18 year olds. Flexible with any commitments. Good break time lengths for example 1hr, 30mins, 15mins for 12 hour shift.

Cons

Managers can be difficult. Not much choice in different tasks. Can be a long day sometimes
