Pros

They hire people with no retail experience which is great, the management is very understanding of student hours and change days/hours due to studies, the company itself is very good and ethical, the managers delegate and give you responsibility, the company has a great working environment and they really care about their employees.

Cons

The only con is that the tills were very hot maybe could use a fan or two.

Pros

The best things in this place are: nice staff, usually lots of overtimes and flexible working hours available

Cons

very rude customers who think if you work for Primark you are a piece of sh.it; the management doesn't care about their employees, treat them like robots, and always complain about everything; no staff discount; poor pay
