Pros
The store I was at was a really enjoyable place to work. Obviously it was tiring and you're on your feet the whole time and cannbe doing repetetive tasks..but that's kind of to be expected. Personally found always being busy good as didn't get too bored.
Cons
Sometimes have to stay 10-15 mine after closing time to carry on tidying store. Times of breaks not always consistent when working 8hr shifts. E.g. may have to take lunch break at 11am for an hour.
