Pros

Nice break room, busy store so there's always something to do , lots of hours available for overtime if you want to make extra money, cool coworkers ,cute clothing, affordable prices

Cons

HR can be pretty rude and act like you're bothering them when you have questions, they need to hire better people

Pros

I worked weekends while at university. Loads of overtime available to pick and choose from.

Cons

Some management have little consideration for life outside of the company, putting you under pressure to accept overtime you don't want. The work can get quite monotonous and once you have been assigned a role (tills, fitting room etc.) there is little chance of changing.

Pros

Busy atmosphere lots of different departmental experience. Great people on the shop floor and some good managers at store level. Opportunities at all levels to support other stores opening.

Cons

Head office decisions seem distant. Pay and benefits aren't great for the level of hard work staff on the floor put in. Progression can be very slow.
