Pros

The people I have met have been the loveliest I have ever known and the shifts I've been given are always placed around my availability.

Cons

I find that management don't have a clue what they are doing - recently, we lost a Christmas temporary worker on the fitting rooms and the new schedule meant no one would be there between 12 and 1. Thankfully, other people covered shifts over it for today, but this was very silly on their part.

Pros

They try to give you hours that are best for you, all staff work as a team. Overtime hours are offered fairly for everyone.

Cons

Not many full time shifts offered anymore. We don't get discount and have to pay for our own uniform. We are on minimum wage.
