Not Great.

Pros

Co-workers are nice. Lots of overtime if you need it.

Cons

Never enough staff, therefore, getting shouted at when we aren't tidy on time, which isn't our fault when it's very busy and understaffed. Managers/supervisors just walk around shouting at you to hurry up when they stand around talking and joking around. Pay isn't enough for what the job entails. Very stressful and demanding. Customers very rude and trash the shop. Same job every shift - folding clothes that get messed up ten seconds later or hanging clothes in the correct order. (unless you are working on tills) No discount in store

Pros

I love working in primark. The pace of work, very busy. They're all so friendly and I don't ever get bored.

Cons

I don't know of any at all. At least not in the two shops I've worked in. Marble Arch and Croydon

Pros

Not much other than Can be quite fun and lively to work there. Meeting new people and personalities. Pay is good.

Cons

It Was very hectic and disorganised- management bicker and do not understand each other so it does not relate well to peers.
