      Pros

      Team-based environment and there was a real tight-knit family feel to the place. Amazing relationships between the supervisors and the staff.

      Cons

      Terrible pay! Absolutely no staff benefits! Frequent abuse from management team (continuously insulted and told that I was of no importance to the store even though I was frequently praised by my supervisors)! Booking holiday is a nightmare!

      Pros

      There is always something to do in Primark: doing deliveries, putting out the stock, tidying up the shop, being on the tills or helping out a customer. It is a busy environment and that's why time goes quick. Every little thing you do contributes to create a more enjoyable customer experience. Colleagues and managers are very supportive. I enjoyed interacting with the customers.

      Cons

      No extra pay on Sunday. Feeling tired after work but it is worthy if you are a customer focus person.

      Pros

      - Flexible working hours - can apply for. - although they haven't got much sympathy and don't care about your problems. - Meet all sorts of people around the world - Great friendly staff to work with - Overtime - Full Experience in retail - tills, stock room, shop floor, customer service ...

      Cons

      - No staff discount except Christmas time - 10% - Strict punctuality check - clock in machine - and if you are late by 1 minute, its a big deal. - Very busy and they do not appreciate hard work - you work hard, you work more. - No bonus
