Pros

Friendly and funny supervisors, nice-ish co-workers

Cons

Terrible hours - I was contracted 8 hours on a Saturday 10:15 - 7:30! As a 17 year old who still goes to college full time I have no time for a social life, school work and balancing working in Primark. They don't give you any guidance when I first started they looked after me for a day then expected me to know what I was doing.

Pros

Work with some great people Learn how to stay on your feet Never a dull moment whilst the shop is oepn

Cons

Under 18s get very little wage Not very professional, managers argue Due to the size and large young population of staff there's a lot of gossiping Little chance to move up in the company No staff discount Tedious rules and tasks set Weekend staff have to work holidays Holidays generally aren't approved
