Pros

If you really work hard and you try your best everyday, management will recognize your efforts and will give you a hand in growing up and learning new things. I'm working as sales assistant since more than 1 year. At first it was though. Now I'm fine. It's hard work and if you are proactive you won't have a single boring day! Never had a problem with colleagues or managers. It's a great place where to work. I think it's a good first job. We can work in team of being independent. Basically you feel very free to manage your time and organize yourself.

Cons

If you don't like a fast paced environment you won't last 1 day working in a busy store. Customers are very rude sometimes. Sometimes I would need more time to do a better job.
