Its an easy job, no targets to meet/customers to approach. Heard its easy to relocate.

Cons

Low wage - <18 is £4.35 p/hr, 18-21 is £5.50 Very fixed hours no flexibilty/rearrangement No discount/benefits (only 10% off at christmas) Same area all day - can be folding t shirts for a full day, nothing else at all.

Pros

Diversity in culture. Values people from all over the world. Alot of overtimes all around the year.

Cons

No employee discount. Should improve interview technique to only get hard working people on board.

Pros

The fact you always get at least 11 hours each week was good. They were very understanding of college commitments and allowed me to work around them.

Cons

Often had too few people working meaning tasks weren't completed properly. Then staff was blamed for how slow they were the previous night.
