Pros

There is always something to do in Primark: doing deliveries, putting out the stock, tidying up the shop, being on the tills or helping out a customer. It is a busy environment and that's why time goes quick. Every little thing you do contributes to create a more enjoyable customer experience. Colleagues and managers are very supportive. I enjoyed interacting with the customers.

Cons

No extra pay on Sunday. Feeling tired after work but it is worthy if you are a customer focus person.

Pros

Good managers Excellent supervisor, very kind and helpful Training programme, which I didn't expect Decent salary

Cons

Rude customers In a peak season the shop it a mess Unpaid breaks, you need to take all your breaks no matter what. I didn't like tha training manager, she was giving overtime to whome she liked only You have to ask for overtime, since they hire only part time stuff and not full time.
