Pros

Over minimum wage Supervisors are always available for help, especially on tills Good holiday system (work day app is so much easier than holiday forms) Set hours Lots of available overtime, which they love for you to take.

Cons

Boring some managers can be on a power trip Seems to be a hierarchy Uniform could be a bit more up to date and stylish, it is a fashion shop after all and supervisors have more free will to wear stylish and nice clothes! Only get 10% discount at Christmas

Pros

+ Majority of People Students, So Fun working Atmosphere + Good experience (Most customers are less than great so you really build a experience to handle crap in work) + Easy to get employed + Fair amount of overtime available, especially during weekdays

Cons

- Supervisors controls too much of the process, Managers can sometimes micro-manage - Petty Office Politics - No Discounts or Benefits (Only 10% during Xmas for couple weeks) - Minimum wage (What did you expect?) - Inflexible hours (Either weekends or weekdays, no mixing shifts) - High staff turnover
