Horrible working environment, supervisors think they're better than sales associates, and do nothing while everyone else is trying to get job done so they can go home. Supervisors try to pressure you at the end of your shift to stay for longer, and a lot of blame is placed on sales associates, even if they are just doing what they were told to do previously.
