Pros

good pay after a couple of years, sick pay, good breaks, friendly staff.

Cons

long hours with tiring work, on your feet a lot, customers can get aggressive and abusive, hard to progress within the company, no managerial back up when dealing with unruly customers and severe cases of favoritism.
