      great company, great structure for the staff

      Pros

      great structure, canteen, lockers, lounge, wi fi, showers, free coffe and tea so many pros, the best company ive worked! lovely staff, friendly, organised shifts, break time, managers are alright, nobody bothers you if you go out for lunch using your badge, if felt so free, so cool, they trust employee, specially if you working at the tills different from other company i worked for. they gave you good training not like the other that doenst give you training and expects you know everything

      too many staff is hard to out stand as a temporary staff, not many hours,

      Pros

      Friendly sales assistant staff, Will change hours quite easily, Interview process is a breeze. Get good breaks at scheduled hours. Overtime usually available.

      Cons

      Mangers make you feel underappreciated, Will be shouted at if caught talking even if it is for a second on shop floor. The way overtime is distributed is silly and badly put together process. Very quick to discipline for illness and absence. No air conditioning so felt like you are melting everyday at work.

      Pros

      Staff are good, Some of the management are nice, Pay is good at Tottenham Court Road.

      Cons

      School environment. Managers treat you like its school. "Less talking more working". Senior managers treat you like dirt. You are just another resource to them. Never grateful. Some managers are so two faced. Will show you they are so nice and then do stuff behind your back that will make you hate primark.
