Pros

Some of the managers were nice Decent pay

Cons

Schedule not very flexible. Your schedule will be based on the full time P&C Admin. You may be told there are ample growth opportunities but that's not the case. You will most likely just be a backup for the full timer while they travel to different locations to train and attend meetings. You wont have a designated workspace. Not enough laptops to go around. NO SOPs in place. No access to multiple systems until about four months in and even still you may not have full access. Colleagues will come to you for everything. Not your typical HR position where employees will reach out via email. They come right up to your area (which is also shared with managers) and pretty much hover as you try to assist them. You will basically be a designsted timekeeper with some hiring exposure but even that's being limited. Too many apps for colleagues to use and your the glorified IT. This company and position is not worth leaving another company/position for.
