The best part of this job is the ease of establishing a positive working relationship with friendly team members. There was always overtime available and management was supportive.

Cons

Fast-paced environment, constantly busy. Prioritise physical and mental well-being outside of work to keep up with retail demands.

The pay is great for the entry level but that's how they hook you in

Cons

They hook you in with great pay but then you absolutely will be doing the work of a DM for definitely NOT the DM pay thats for sure. The part time employees you have to babysit every day are freaking awful and you have to put up with verbal abuse and harassment from these 17 year old kids who don't care and will make more effort into making your life miserable then the actual job. HR is basically usless and doesn't give a crap about anything except for preventing lawsuits and planning pizza parties and game nights. The management "team" as a whole is horrible, all absolutely hate eachothers guts and also doesn't care. And good luck with ever moving up. It'll never happen, they've made sure of that by cutting all the DM positions down lol
