Pros

The only pros of working for this company is that when markdowns and shipments can in, the employees got to the merchandise first.

Cons

It's a horrible place to work and I wouldn't wish working there on my worst enemy. The management is HORRIBLE and doesn't care about their employees, they only promote their FAVORITES and not the people who actually deserve it, they let their employees be harassed by the higher up and do nothing and then they fire people under false pretense. This is not a company I would ever recommend to work at. Management fires anyone who stands up to them when they're wrong or whoever they feel they can't control.

Aggravating and Extremely Disorganized From Day One

Pros

Attractive store layout Relaxing breakroom Hour lunch break if working a full shift Reasonably priced fashion (even with no discount)

Cons

PNC is extremely disorganized, unhelpful, and seems to be out of touch with the demands of the store. Constantly dealing with staffing issues. Asks for feedback and ways to make things better but no matter how many suggestions you make there are very few if any changes made. When changes are made they are poorly communicated to the staff. Very poor training methods put in place (random new hires just show up and are dumped off on supervisors without any notice) Upper management support of staff is inconsistent when it comes to store policy and communicating that policy to the customer. Upper management can be condescending and unfriendly when approached so beware!

Pros

The coaches in the cash office are relatively nice.

Cons

The HR (p&) members are not helpful at all, told me if I changed my availability I would get terminated. Not flexible. Base pay is pretty bad for me since I have a background in cash handling (worked at a bank)
