Pros

Nothing unless you are unemployed

Cons

I worked for Primark for three years and left years ago, yet I still haven't recovered. The trauma doesn't even allow me to go to any of the branches for shopping nowadays. I started as a part-time retail assistant at Manchester Piccadilly. After months of asking for a full-time position, I was offered one only because I was going to leave for another branch. The same happened when I sought a Supervisor position. All promotions happen only for those they favour; don't believe in advertised positions if you haven't been approached by one of the managers. The job is physical and tough. Managers barely have any education or training and don't know how to deal with people. I only stayed in this job because I couldn't find anything else when I moved to the UK. I wish it had never happened, as those were the worst years of my life.

Pros

Great colleagues. Not as messy as you would think a primark to be. Simple working and time flys

Cons

Management bad alot of the time. There are alot of managers so some days are better than other because most of them are great. But the bad ones are super bad. Micromanagement. Anger issues. And just all round toxic.
