'Overtime' is a con

Pros

Flexible work hours are a pro

Cons

You are given awful contract hours, like 4 hours per week, which give you limited employee benefits. They then offer hours and hours of overtime which you are expected to work, making your weekly hours more like 12 hours. However, this is unreliable and does not count towards holiday. It's a con.

Poor pay, no progression

Pros

Friendly atmosphere amd fast paced.

Cons

Very poor pay. No progression route unless you are willing to cut your hours and only work weekends to get an entry supervisor job, which is unsustainable for most people with standard rent/bills. Long hours.

Pros

its fast paced environment is nice when its busy enough to fly by your shift.

Cons

i would definitely suggest pre plan your breaks because management will make you overwork and "strongly" suggest overtime despite whether its the last train home or not.
