      Pros

      Healthcare, PTO, and SOME decent people There are no other pros about this place. It's horrible to work at.

      Cons

      Managers don't know how to do their jobs. There is no training, you're just expected to know how to work. You get a crash course in folding and then that's it. There's no couple of weeks for training like most places do. You don't shadow anyone, supervisors and employees do everything, and managers are for the most part useless. Oh...and if someone calls out in your department, nobody is coming in their place.

      Busy, fast paced Continuously changing environment Amazing amount of PTO Easily able to alter schedule (on a non-managerial level) Nice employee area

      Cons

      Poor communication No basic training programs for new hires Some supervisors/managers are overpaid retail assitants who don't even fullfill their job descriptions Inadequate pay scales Poor staffing plans Workload ration is one person doing the work of 3 They don't use talented people to their potential

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, easy to accrue paid time off, you are never bored, always something to do

      Cons

      Staff levels are horrible. You have no team to manage. Most of the time you are doing double the work, as a retail assistant and manager. The job can be stressful at times due to the lack of staff and time allotted to get things done
