Pros
Able to share opinions and ideas that you have. The managers are very approachable yet still show their authority enough to get the work done. There are different things that you can be trained on within the store and so can work your way up to service leader positions if you want more responsibility in the store. There is a nice atmosphere in the store and in the staff canteen and areas. There's lots of different jobs to do in the store from tills and customer service desk to fitting rooms and stocking out the shop floor.
Cons
Difficult to move to a higher banded contract as they are not offered often.
