A culture of bullying new employees and they have a very high turn over of staff. My project was taken away when I raised concerns about bullying then I was put on a PIP. Don’t bother applying there unless you thrive in toxicity. It’s not a good place to work at and it isn’t very multi cultural. No room for you to grow and don’t ask questions because you’ll be seen as problematic. Unless, you’re a robot then apply but there is such a high turnover of staff.
