Pros

I like the different opportunities to travel. Working with such a global company allows you to work with different people with different workstyles. Tuition reimbursement is great at the company and you are surrounded by very talented people.

Cons

Work-life balance is challenging and it seems like most people here work really hard and are stressed. The company has too much hierarchy and decision making power is not delegated to the lower ranks.

Pros

There is probably no other company in the world that is better for selling consumer goods. It gives you good business training by rotating you through many assignments. They have good pay and good structure for advancement.

Cons

There is lots of work. The culture here puts a lot of emphasis on working many hours. They are a bit more professional all of the time than most other places I've worked (which can be good or bad).
