Pros

Benefits, tho they're slowly getting worse

Cons

Sexual harassment, sexual assault, intimidation and retaliation when trying to report. I couldn't even report my assault because I was told I was intimidating my entire employment. I was retaliated against when I brought up the racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. Im partnering with dignity together to bring these issues to light so these companies stop getting away with this stuff. I have years of documentation including jokes, going to multiple HR managers, HR and floor supervisors telling me to quit when I speak specifically about these things, etc.
