Pros

1. Staff benefits are good 2. Work flexibility (only if line manager allows) 3. Young co-workers at the same level 4. Plenty of training for career and personal building 5. Job rotation 6. Good for people still early in their career

Cons

1. Flexibility hindered by some line managers due to micro-management 2. Line managers and employees sometimes have no idea what they are doing in their role due to excessive job rotation 3. No mastery in job, again due to excessive job rotation 4. Systems and data are very lagging behind 5. Too dependent on spreadsheets when systems are available 6. Implementation of projects are just a stepping stone for others due to job appraisal. Once project completed despite having alot of teething issues, individual does not take ownership of it and still gain recognition.

Pros

Good benefits, Most people are respectful to each other Bright set of technicians

Cons

Huge chunk of top talent in my senior batch has left in last 2-3 months in my plant in bhopal. Current plant leadership is highly incompetent and good at chest thumping on internal measures which means nothing for business. Feel very depressed as I joined this company for long term and it was going great in initial 2 years but it's getting horrible day by day. Proximity to senior leadership and being pet of bigger pets only way to get recognised. There is VRS almost every year where people are pressurised to take vrs Most senior leadership in India is either from Egypt or US so treatment and preference given to Indian talent is horrible, Indian senior leaders have either left or are trying to satisfy their Egyptian bosses. Really depressing politics happening across India organisation at the cost of Indian talent.
