Pros

You’re allowed to make mistakes and people are very nice - it makes it easier to integrate

Cons

The entry level roles don’t have much visibility and recognition, which makes it harder to get to the next level

Pros

Working hours are more or less normal

Cons

Mobbing, pressing, pushing. They want to squeeze every blood drop from employee. Manager (she) was pushing people to the maximum. She was giving additional work, where people were not able to meet deadlines. Forcing people to estimate less, pushing multiple tasks at once. Bad atmosphere. Total mess. I forgot to mention freak 1 week Agile sprint, working on many projects parallel and having 3-4 meetings a day + requiring to do everything on time with estimation otherwise very not happy.
