Pros

Large company with lots of opportunitues. Pay is good compared to many companies. Great if you can get in straight out of college.

Cons

Different attitude toward employees from acquired company. There is definitely a P&G way, which sometimes makes its employees feel superior to acquired employees.

Very poor people managers/senior management in general, horrible work culture with a lack of socialising, lots of bureaucracy and inefficiency, poor training and onboarding, favouritism, lack of clarity/transparency in career path, lack of support and flexibility for career changes .. generally a very uninspiring place to work.
