Cons

Good place to work, but not necessarily have a life-long career. Advancements and pay raises are very hard to come by. Difficult to move from one area of the company to another.

Above average benefits Flexible working hours Individuals are given the full responsibility of developing your career path, but you have to learn how to play the game.

Cons

As compare to the quality of its publicity and marketing campaigns, the quality of internal processes and systems are sub standard. The operation is still at 20th centuries when people were still using windows 98. A bit of waste for graduates to do the transactional jobs. But if you are going for the pay and benefits, it would still be the choice.
