Pros

Benefit coverage not only to individual but your whole village of family members. Of course, their products rely on human consumption—and in a way, they encourage the production of more humans. Need more babies to buy pampers.

Cons

"They go in circles—up to down, down to up—overcomplicating simple matters with layers upon layers of unnecessary steps and communication layers. Much of it is redundant, driven by overemployment and an excessive sense of positivity. They take pride in everything, often coming across as arrogant and ignorant. It’s a case of 'ownself shiok ownself.' Sometimes, I feel embarrassed by the things they say—but I’m not even sure if they realize it themselves."

Pros

I can’t really think of any pros of coming all the way to Jackson Georgia to be underpaid and under appreciated. Your supervisor will be insanely incompetent as well.

Cons

There is a serious laundry list of problems at this warehouse. They will give you the impression it’s. The best place to be in the world but you Quickly find out you’re overworked and underpaid. They find many many new ways to increase responsibility while upper leadership place blame on lower tiered workers. Workplace is lowkey toxic. And it’s also way better options with better pay in the surrounding area. Some of their best this site had to offer left or were wrongfully terminated due to favoritism.
