My nightmare working at P&G Sacramento Plant
Pros
P&G overall is not a bad work place
Cons
I can really write a long article or make a 20-min video to share my nightmare working experience at P&G Sacramento plant. The team lost several junior/senior project managers, same as my position, so I got too many projects from them in my first 6 months. I worked super hard to clean others' work, and I got some recognition during this time. However, then my leadership my line manager started to give me some unrealistic expectations, and he ruined my confidence. I started to feel that no matter how hard I try, my leadership wouldn't be satisfied. Starting to my second year here, a hard, complicated project from one of the previous project managers got some problems. These problems were still under control, but my line manager and leadership believed that all these problems were my fault, and they throwed me under the bus to make them look great to their managers. I eventally couldn't stand at all, so I chose to leave here. I also realized why the team lost so many people, because people don't want to work for terrible managers!
