- flexible on WFH - "doing the right thing" mentality - culture of respect - promoting from within - you are the owner of your career here - if you tell them where you want to be (position, geography) they will help you - learning by doing: you don't have experience in finance but you would like to move there? Sure, just wait until we make a transition plan

Cons

This highly depends on your direct manager, but: - managerial roles = unpaid overtime with constant pressure to overachieve - Pay not adequate to level of responsibility and workload
