Pros

Corporate environment Friendly coworkers Career opportunities

Cons

ZERO work-life balance (advice like "do it tomorrow so today you can rest" after 11 hours of work, from your manager should go right down the toilet) Career opportunities or salary increases will be done if you accept tons of new work on top to be done, which makes no sense since you don't feel rewarded but used. Young managers who consider themselves masters of the supply should receive more realistic feedback, not the "survey" one.

Pros

Lots of ability to move disciplines around the company and into different business units. Stable for the most part.

Cons

Goes through layoffs like every big corporation every 5-10 years. Lots of politics and definitely somewhere that if you want to get promoted you have to be type A.
