Workload can be Demanding: Due to the fast-paced nature of the industry, the workload as a process engineer at Procter & Gamble can be demanding. Deadlines and project timelines can sometimes be tight, requiring efficient time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Bureaucracy: Like many large organizations, there can be some bureaucracy at Procter & Gamble. Decision-making processes may occasionally take longer due to multiple layers of approval, which can slow down project progress.

Pros

They pay greatly and they offer a great set of benefits!

Cons

The company culture is really toxic. There is so much drama, so much gossip. You really can't speak your mind or try to improve processes, as people start to have a problem with you and eventually this will come to your demise. I am also speaking from a place where this didn't happen to me, as I had a good reputation, but I've seen it happen to so many people. They also require self-sufficient, proactive people ownership, but then they micromanage and don't let them do the job.
