Pros

Flex work arrangement Decent Salary (take home) and comparable benefits to other MNCs If you have good partnership with your manager, this can be a great place to thrive.

Cons

Overall vibe not as positive as over a decade ago. Alot of discouraged mid level workers due to the type of people being promoted (people who are good at talking, good visibility aka wayang, but may not necessary have mastery of the business know-how or managerial skills (people management/understanding how budgets are managed, resource planning in objective manner) and are more self-centered than team centered. Some managers can really obvious with their biases, so if you are not their bias, just focus on what you are paid to do and your own mental wellness and don't compare.
