A "classic" corporation

Pros

Your peers are largely all competent and well intentioned, there is generally a process for everything, decent work life balance as at the end of the day everyone acknowledges we are just making consumer products, not saving the world

Cons

There are pockets of intense activity where folks burn out and also pockets of career coasting roles where you can phone it in. P&G won't do anything if the NPV isn't positive, so necessarily won't be a leader in sustainability despite its position to make an outsized impact in the consumption landscape. P&G filters for a certain type of personality so you will mostly work alongside "Proctoids" aka impossibly optimistic churchgoers who rejoice in writing reports & memos.
