Pros

At this particular location this was a new opening leading to exposure to new, state of the art technology and ability to affect change caused by the slow nature of the industry relying on "conventional wisdom"

Cons

There were too many folks looking to retire and therefore delaying schedules to benefit their own timeline.

Pros

Really great benefits like medical aid, provident fund and stock options.

Cons

Doesn’t care about its employees’ mental health and there’s no work life balance. A lot of bureaucracy l, slow decision making. No transparency in internal role changes.
