Pros

Suitable for people who likes stability and a culture to always learn, the best part of P&G is that they encourage people to learn and try new things/ roles. thus, internal switching of roles is always happening this allow us to always be in the phase of learning that staying stagnant to a boring role for years.

Cons

Slow career progression. it may take a minimum 3-5 years to progress to the next level. sometimes never. As there is a term career level in our company where we are allowed to stay in a position for as long as we deem suitable.
